22. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4020 WITH JCL TRAFFIC SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC
CONTROL SERVICES
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 4020 with JCL Traffic Services for an additional one-year
term to provide traffic control services; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 on behalf of the City; and
3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
