18. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4591 WITH ROBERT J ORTIZ FOR AUDIO-
VISUAL BROADCAST MANAGEMENT
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4591 with Robert J Ortiz in an amount not-to-exceed
thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) annually, for three (3) years, with two (2) one-year renewal options
for audio-visual broadcast management services; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to take actions necessary to execute and finalize an agreement on behalf of
