24. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4601 WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES FOR HOMELESS PREVENTION INITIATIVE FUNDING RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement No. 4601 between the County of Los Angeles Prevention Initiative – Homeless Service Funds (HPI-HSF) in an amount not to exceed $221,750; and, 2. Amend the Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget by increasing appropriations by $221,750 in Account No. 265- 85-869-6040.10 (Grants, Fire, Homeless Prevention Initiative, Other Contract Services [expenditures]), and increasing estimated revenues by $221,750 in Account No. 265-99-4198.35 (Grants, Homeless Prevention Initiative [revenue]); and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
