20.\nAmend the Agreement with Alliance Consulting Services, Inc., to Increase the Total\nAgreement Amount by $72,000 for Right-of-Way Coordination Services for the\nRemaining Term of the Agreement (Non-General Fund).\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute the first amendment\nto the agreement with Alliance Consulting Services, Inc. to update the scope of work\nto include additional locations and increase the total compensation amount by\n$72,000 for an updated agreement amount not to exceed $121,500, for the remainder\nof the agreement term expiring June 30, 2025, with two one-year renewal periods,\nsubject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney\n(Agreement No. 2023-XXX).
