3) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN GABRIELVALLEY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS FOR ADMINISTRATION AND COST SHARING FORIMPLEMENTING THE COORDINATED INTEGRATED MONITORING PROGRAM ANDWATERSHED MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE UPPER LOS ANGELES RIVER WATERSHEDMANAGEMENT AREARecommend that the City Council:a. Approve the Memorandum of Agreement with the San Gabriel Valley Council ofGovernments (Contract No. 2574), and 18 Government Agencies for Administration andCost Sharing for implementing the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program andWatershed Management Plan for the Upper Los Angeles River Watershed ManagementArea; andb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement and all relateddocuments.
