7) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED REVISIONS TO MEMORANDUM OFUNDERSTANDING WITH EMPRENDE TO PRODUCE A CHRISTMAS PARADE IN COORDINATIONWITH THE CITY’S ANNUAL TREE LIGHTING EVENT AND TO REIMBURSE THE CITY FOR RELATEDPARADE EXPENSESRecommend that the City Council:a. Discuss and consider proposed revisions to Memorandum of Understanding with Emprende(Contract No. 2545) to produce a Christmas Parade in coordination with the City’s AnnualTree Lighting Event and to Reimburse the City for Related Parade Expenses;b. Provide direction, as applicable; andc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and executethe agreement.
