Proposed Motion:
Approve $100,000 Refuse Funds budget transfer and appropriation from available fund
balance (Fund 46) to Project 55070 Downtown Trash Enclosures - East Amerige Parking
Lots Project within the Capital Projects Fund (Fund 74).
