Authorize Administrative Services Director, or designee, to issue equipment purchase orders for traffic signal equipment not to exceed $250,000. 2. Approve $250,000 Measure M2 Funds (Fund 25) budget transfer and appropriation from Project 46621 Installation of New Traffic Signals and Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons to Project 46993 Traffic Signal Installation at Harbor Boulevard and La Entrada Place Project within the Capital Projects Fund (Fund 74).
