The City Manager to accept the FY 2022/23 Federal Railroad Administration Railroad\nTrespassing Enforcement Grant.\n2. The Agency Director of Administrative Services to amend the FY 2022/23 Adopted\nBudget appropriating $120,000 in both revenue and expenditures.
