Voluntary Rate Range Intergovernmental Transfer Program for Cost Recovery of Emergency Medical Services for Calendar Year 2025 - Presentation by Tim Saiki, Division Chief Approve the City’s voluntary participation in the Calendar Year 2025 Voluntary Rate Range Program Intergovernmental Transfer (VRRP IGT); authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement Regarding Transfer of Public Funds with the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS); authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the Health Plan- Provider Intergovernmental Transfer Rate Range Program Agreement with CalOptima Health; and authorize payment to DHCS in an amount not to exceed $551,979, consisting of a $541,979 transfer plus a $10,000 contingency.
