11. AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INTERWEST CONSULTING GROUP, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE CROWN VALLEY PARKWAY WESTBOUND WIDENING PROJECT, CC 24-02 Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Award the Professional Services Agreement with Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. to provide construction management and inspection services for the Crown Valley Parkway Westbound Widening Project, CC 24-02 for a not-to-exceed amount of $1,340,355; 2. Approve a not-to-exceed 10% contingency in the amount of $134,035 for unforeseen conditions or extra work, and authorize the Public Works Director to approve additional work, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,474,390, if needed; and, 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement with Interwest Consulting Group, Inc., subject to the City Attorney making non- substantive changes.
