5. RATE ADJUSTMENT FOLLOWING EVALUATION OF LEGAL COUNSEL
Staff recommends that the City Council affirm that a positive annual evaluation of the
City Attorney occurred as required for the rate adjustments specified in the City’s Legal
Services Agreement with Best Best & Krieger, LLP, effective September 1, 2026.
