E. Consider a Grant Agreement for Round No. 4 of the Western Avenue Storefront Improvement Program. (Garrett) Recommendation: 1) Approve a Grant Agreement with Amdan Investment Corp. in an amount not-to-exceed $20,000, for storefront improvements at 29000 S. Western Avenue, under Round No. 4 of the Western Avenue Storefront Improvement Program; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Grant Agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
