SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 26-1087 FOR VARIOUS CODE AMENDMENTS TO TITLE 9 (ZONING REGULATIONS) OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS AND JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS The City Council is requested to adopt Ordinance No. 26-1087 amending various section of Title 9 (Zoning Regulations) of the Temple City Municipal Code relating to Accessory Dwelling Units and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units. Recommendation: Waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 26-1087 (Attachment “A”), amending various sections of Title 9 (Zoning Regulations) of the Temple City Municipal Code (TCMC) relating to Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs).
