(0680-20)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution 2023-34 to accept the Ocean\nProtection Council grant, allocate and appropriate the grant funds into the budget, and\nauthorize an amendment to the professional services contract with Nexus Planning &\nResearch to continue work on the project.
