Letters from the City Attorney’s Office recommending the following:
A. Reject Claims in accordance with Government Code, Section 913:
1. Jimmy Ray Armstrong for alleged tire damage; pothole inside private shopping
center parking lot (Regent & Market) on June 16, 2026.
2. Wade Stevens for alleged personal injury; dangerous condition of roadway at
10910 S. La Cienega Blvd (Turf Now parking lot driveway) – location is outside
of City limits on April 28, 2026.
Recommendation:
1. Reject Claims listed as A-1 and A-2.
