PROJECT NO. 7870 - MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR LAKESIDE PARK LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Staff recommend City Council approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the City and Little Lake City School District; and authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding and any amendments; provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority; on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
