14. APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PR FIELD SERVICES, INC. 1. Determine that the proposed action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (Pub. Res. Code § 21000 et seq.) (“CEQA”) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 14., § 15000 et seq.) Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption); and 2. Approve the final Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with PR Field Services, Inc. for on-call petroleum engineering services (“Second Amendment”), and authorize the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment in substantially the form presented, with such minor modifications as approved by the City Attorney; ando 3. Take such additional, related actions that may be desirable.
