12. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH EKI ENVIRONMENTAL & WATER, INC. FOR GROUNDWATER MONITORING WELL DECOMMISSIONING AND RELATED ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AT THE MC&C IV SITE 1. Find that approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with EKI Environment & Water, Inc. is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Pub. Res. Code § 21000 et seq.). 2. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with EKI Environment & Water, Inc. increasing the contract amount by $25,000, for a revised not-to-exceed amount of $275,000, and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Amendment in substantially the form presented, with such minor modifications as approved by Successor Agency Counsel; and 3. Take such additional, related action as may be desirable.
