19. Zoning: Permitted Use Cross-Reference Matrix
Recommendation:
A. Receive and file the Permitted Use Cross-Reference Matrix; and
B. Provide direction to staff on any desired amendments to Title 17 of the Vernon Municipal
Code to reclassify certain land uses currently allowed by-right to require a higher level of
discretionary review through Conditional Use Permits or Development Agreements.
