APPROVAL OF LOAN AGREEMENT AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS WITH A FOOD PROCESSING SANTA FE SPRINGS Juanita's Foods, a California corporation, providing for one or more loans in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $13,500,000; and 2. Authorize the City Manager, in consultation with the City Attorney and Finance Director, to execute the Loan Agreement, attached Promissory Note, and all other Loan Documents, 3. Further Authorize the City Manager, in consultation with the City Attorney and Finance Director to make any non-substantive changes necessary to finalize the transaction; and 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
