6. HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT APPEAL DECISION - REGARDING A BEAUTY SALON AT 10728 LAKE CENTER PARK LANE 1. Find and determine that this Project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption); and 2. Find and determine that the proposed home occupation meets the criteria set forth in Zoning Code Section 155.635 for the approval of a Home Occupation Permit; and 3. Deny the appeal request and affirm the decision of the Planning Commission to approve the Home Occupation Permit; and 4. Adopt Resolution No. 1035, which incorporates the City Council’s findings and actions regarding this matter; and 5. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable. CONSENT CALENDAR All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine. Any items a Councilmember wishes to discuss should be designated at this time.
