8. 26-55762 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement and all necessary documents, including any subsequent amendments, with the County of Los Angeles for the Community Health Outreach, Enrollment, Utilization, and Retention Services Contract, to accept and expend grant funding in the amount of $95,226, per year to provide services for low-to-moderate income families to obtain affordable medical insurance for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with the option to extend the agreement for up to three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and Increase appropriations in the Health Fund Group in the Health and Human Services Department by $95,226, offset by grant revenue.
