11. Contract Award for the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Improvements Project, Project No. PW 26-05 Recommendation - 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a standard Public Works Construction Contract with Modern Construction Management Inc. dba MCM Construction Inc. in the amount of $397,611 for the construction of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Improvements Project, Project No. PW 26-05, and authorize additional funding of $32,389 for construction-related contingencies. 2. Appropriate an additional $30,000 for new furniture for the reconfigured EOC space. 3. Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
