23. Discussion of previous City Council action regarding a One-Half Cent
(0.5%) Measure C Sales Tax
Recommendation -
1. Discuss City Council's July 7, 2026 action directing the implementation
of a one-half cent (0.5%) Measure C sales tax.
2. Possibly direct staff to schedule an item for the suspension of the one-
half cent (0.5%) Measure C sales tax at a future council meeting.
3. Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
