APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF TWO USED, ALL-WHEEL DRIVE\nVEHICLES, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE\nSANTA ANA RIVER ENCAMPMENT RESOLUTION FUNDING GRANT\nAND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE\nPURCHASE AGREEMENTS AND OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS ON\nBEHALF OF THE CITY\nRequested Action: That the City Council approve the purchase of two used, all-\nwheel drive vehicles, for an amount not to exceed $80,000, subject to the terms and\nconditions of the Santa Ana River Encampment Resolution Grant and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the purchase agreements and other related documents on\nbehalf of the City.
