15. Professional Services Agreement Award for Construction Management
and Inspection Services for the Teen Center, Plaza, and Skate Park
Renovation Project at Recreation Park, Project No. PW 25-13, RFP No. 26-
02
Recommendation -
1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services
Agreement with RTI Consulting, Inc. in the amount of $396,275 for
Construction Management and Inspection Services for the renovations
of the Teen Center, Plaza, and Skatepark at Recreation Park. Project
No. PW 25-13 and authorize an additional $50,000 as contingency funds
for potential unforeseen conditions.
