7.4 Housing Services Agreement: Authorize the City Manager to Enter into an Agreement with the Report Number: 26-0254 Location: 205 27 th Street Department: Housing and Homeless Services G.C. § 84308 Regulations Apply: No Environmental Notice: The activity is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. Therefore, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3), no environmental review is required. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Imperial Beach to provide unsheltered housing services for unhoused residents of Imperial Beach at the Chula Vista Village at Otay and administrative oversight of Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA).
