RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution A) approving a second amendment with Garland DBS, Inc. to increase the maximum not-to-exceed contract amount from $6,000,000 to $7,000,000 over the term of the agreement, and B) amending the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Capital Improvement Program Budgets and appropriating funds for roof replacement of the Police Department headquarters.
