1.9 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF AN ENGINEER’S REPORT AND\nRESOLUTION OF INTENT TO LEVY AND COLLECT ASSESSMENTS WITHIN THE VILLAGE\nMAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-92\nCity Council will consider two resolutions associated with the Village Maintenance Assessment District. The\nfirst Resolution will order the preparation of an Engineer’s Report for the Village Maintenance Assessment\nDistrict. The second Resolution is a Resolution of Intent to Levy and Collect Assessments Within the Village\nMaintenance Assessment District No. 1-92. This Resolution will set a Public Hearing for the levy and\ncollection of these assessments on Wednesday, June 14. The rates that will be collected under this assessment\nwere adopted, pursuant to a Proposition 218 process, in June 2021.\nEnvironmental Determination: Environmental Consideration: Under Section 15378 of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, this is not a project, and, therefore, no environmental review\nis required.\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR
