1.4 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT OF UPCOMING PLANNING\nCOMMISSION AND DEPARTMENT OF WATER AND POWER BOARD VACANCIES SET TO\nEXPIRE JUNE 30, 2023\nCity Council will consider a formal resolution authorizing the advertisement of upcoming vacancies on the\nPlanning Commission and Department of Water and Power (DWP) Boards. There will be two (2) Planning\nCommission seats and three (3) DWP Board seats expiring on June 30, 2023. All of these Board\nappointments will be four-year terms that will expire on June 30, 2027.\nEnvironmental Consideration: Under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines, this is not a project, and, therefore, no environmental review is required.
