1.6 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE STANFIELD CUTOFF\nRESTROOM PROJECT\nCity Council will consider a formal resolution accepting the work of the Public Restroom Company and Bear\nValley Paving and authorizing a Notice of Completion for the Stanfield Cutoff Restroom Project. This project\ninstalled a new, prefabricated restroom facility in the parking lot at Stanfield Cutoff and Big Bear Boulevard.\nThe project had a total expenditure of $171,640 and was funded in part by a contribution from Visit Big\nBear.\nEnvironmental Determination: Under Section 15301.C of the CEQA Guidelines, these repairs are\ncategorically exempt and, therefore, no environmental review is required.
