3.1 CONSIDERATION OF BEAUTIFICATION BROCHURE, CREATED BY THE ECONOMIC\nDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (EDAC)\nCity Council will consider a “Beautify Big Bear” brochure intended to promote and maintain an ongoing\nbeautification campaign. Anticipating this will be a long-term effort to support community pride throughout\nthe City, the commercial corridors (along Big Bear Boulevard and Moonridge Corridor) will be the initial\nfocus to jump-start this effort. The EDAC designed the brochure to be a useful resource for all community\nmembers.\nEnvironmental Determination: Under Section 15378 of the CEQA Guidelines, this is not a project and,\ntherefore, no environmental review is required.
