5.2 Refund of Unexpended Funds from the West Orange County Water Board for Cathodic Protection. RECOMMENDATION: Authorize an increase to Water Fund Revenue Account No. 55500- 39069 to receive a refund from the West Orange County Water Board in the amount of $1,168,400.
