3.5 Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement No. C-1-3598 Between Orange County Transportation Authority and Cities of Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Tustin, Westminster, and the County of Orange for First Street/Bolsa Avenue Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program Project. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement No. C-1-3598 between Orange County Transportation Authority and the Cities of Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Tustin, Westminster, and the County of Orange for First Street/Bolsa Avenue Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program Project; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City in a form approved by the City Attorney.
