3.7 AB 109 Grant Funding for Public Safety Realignment and Post-Release Community Supervision Enhanced Law Enforcement in Fiscal Year 2026-2027. RECOMMENDATION: A. Accept a revenue allocation of $95,586 from the 2026-2027 AB 109 Grant to the AB 109 Revenue Account for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget; and B. Amend the Fiscal Year 2026–2027 Adopted Budget to designate grant revenues totaling $95,586 to the Special Police Services Fund (AB 109).
