3.10 Roof Replacement Project at the Senior Center, Community Services, and Council Chambers Buildings – Project Plan No. P2689. RECOMMENDATION: A. Reject all bids for the subject project; B. Approve the findings of the architect for the use of the WeatherWeld Roofing System for the roof replacement for the Civic Center buildings; and C. Authorize the Public Works Department to readvertise and solicit construction bids for said project. [END OF CONSENT CALENDAR]
