3.8 Quitclaim a Portion of an Existing Water Easement and Acceptance of a New Water Easement for the New Development at 7474 Garden Grove Boulevard (APN 096-021- 14). RECOMMENDATION: A. Authorize the City Manager to execute the quitclaim deed; B. Accept the new water easement for the new development at 7474 Garden Grove Boulevard; and C. Authorize the City Clerk to record the deed with the County Recorder’s Office.
