10. Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance Update Recommendation: 1. Introduce Ordinance No. 2026–426, waiving full reading of the text, rescinding section 17.12.170 of the Calabasas Municipal Code regarding accessory dwelling units and replacing it with a new section 17.12.170 regarding accessory dwelling units to align the provisions with current California law; and 2. Find Ordinance No. 2026–426 exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to section 15061 (b) (3) of the CEQA Guidelines (General Rule Exemption). NEW BUSINESS
