15. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4615 WITH THE LOS ANGELES COMMUNITY GARDEN COUNCIL FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE CHET HOLIFIELD PARK COMMUNITY GARDEN RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Agreement No. 4615 with the Los Angeles Community Garden Council (“LACGC”) for a three- year term to manage and operate the community garden at Chet Holifield Park; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
