14. APPROVE LEASE AND FINANCING AGREEMENT WITH THE BANCORP, N.A. FOR THE ACQUISITION OF POLICE PATROL VEHICLES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the comprehensive leasing plan with The Bancorp, N.A. for acquisition of six (6) Police Department patrol vehicles; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
