12. AUTHORIZATION TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR THE OUTDOOR RECREATION LEGACY PARTNERSHIP GRANT PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize submission of an application for the Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Grant Program; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to conduct all negotiations and execute and submit documents necessary for the completion of the awarded project; and 3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
