11. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4611 TO ALLTECH INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR CROSSING GUARD SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4611 to Alltech Industries Inc. for Crossing Guard Services; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
