4.5 FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN FINANCIAL SERVICES Recommended Actions: 1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Willdan Financial Services in an amount not to exceed $29,627 and a 10% contingency; and 2.
