5. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council award a Public 26-1608 Works Agreement (PWA) to Eagle Paving LLC, in the amount of $1,183,000, for the proposed Vista Way Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Overlay project; authorize the City Engineer to execute Contract Change Orders up to the amount of $236,000 as may be necessary; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents.
