12. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CIVICPLUS, LLC FOR RECREATION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Approve the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with CivicPlus, LLC in the form approved by the City Attorney to extend the agreement through September 20, 2028, establish the annual fees for the two-year renewal period and subsequent renewals, update the Agreement Administrator, and establish a total not-to-exceed amount of $66,225.30 for the two-year renewal period; and b. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
