13. CONSIDERATION TO ACCEPT PROJECT COMPLETION AND AUTHORIZE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WAR MEMORIAL AUDIO-VISUAL SYSTEM UPGRADE PROJECT Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Accept the War Memorial Building Audio/Visual System Upgrade Project (Project) as complete; and b. Authorize the recordation of the Notice of Completion (NOC) with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk. ACTION/DISCUSSION
