11. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO A TASK ORDER WITH EGIS, FORMERLY KOA CORPORATION, A LOCHNER COMPANY, FOR ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE INDIANA AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, INCREASING THE TOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT BY $384,640, FOR A NEW TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $917,199 AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 8025 AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET FOR THE AMENDMENT Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Approve the Second Amendment (Attachment No. 1) to a Task Order with Egis, formerly KOA Corporation, a Lochner company, to authorize additional engineering design services related to the Indiana Avenue Reconstruction Project, increasing the total not-to-exceed amount by $384,640.00 for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $917,199.00; and b. Adopt Resolution No. 8025 (Attachment No. 2) amending the Fiscal Year 2026- 2027 Capital Improvement Program budget transferring $417,200 from unencumbered funds appropriated towards the Orange Zone Reconstruction Project to the Indiana Avenue Reconstruction Project; and c. Authorize the City Manager to approve all related documents, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
