10.D. Award of Contract for Traffic Signal and Street Light Maintenance Services Under Specification No. 2026-M02 It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Bear Electrical Solutions, LLC, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for traffic signal and street light maintenance services in a not-to-exceed amount of $1,034,954, subject to annual CPI increases, for an initial 3-year term beginning October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2029, with the option to extend the agreement for two additional two- year terms; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
