10.E. Amendment to Agreement 2486-AG with Kalmikov Enterprises, LLC, for Maintenance of Fire Emergency Apparatus It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to Agreement No. 2486-AG with Kalmikov Enterprises, LLC, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for the maintenance and repair of fire engines, quint, and other emergency vehicles to increase the not to exceed compensation from $59,000 to $175,000 and extend the term through June 30, 2028; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
